Today the Europe Chapter of the Argentine Lawyers Association of New York led by Maria Beatriz Burghetto organized the event “Principio de Razonabilidad y Pasaporte Sanitario”. Oscar Puccinelli, Civil and Commercial Court of Appeal Judge (Argentina), and Pablo Javier Davoli, an expert in Constitutional Law, together with Pablo Balbi, had a very insightful discussion on how various government administrations are approaching “vaccine passports” and their regulation in light of their respective national constitutions.
