“A Country under a State of Suspicion: Argentina and Corruption 2009-2021”

Marcelo de Jesus, a member of the Argentine Lawyers Association of New York and one of the organizers of the D.C. Chapter, directed a very important and insightful report titled “A Country under a State of Suspicion: Argentina and Corruption 2009-2021.” This report is part of an investigation done for Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de Justicia (FORES) at the request of The Follow-Up Mechanism for the Implementation of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption (MESICIC), the anti-corruption forum of the Organization of American States.  Marcelo is a consultant in transparency law, anti-corruption and justice administration.
