International Arbitration – Julián Rotenberg 

Argentine Lawyers Association of New York and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer International Arbitration team member, Julián Rotenberg was recently awarded First Prize in the 2020 Andrew P. Vance Memorial Writing Competition for his paper on “Privacy Before Trade: Assessing the WTO-Consistency of Privacy-Based Cross-Border Data Flows Restrictions.” The Competition was organized by the Customs and International Trade Bar Association and the University of Miami School of Law.
