Guillermo “G.P.” Plate – Insurance System

Former Deputy Superintendent of Insurance in Argentina, and Argentine Lawyers Association of New York member, Guillermo “G.P.” Plate, recently published a very interesting article referring to the insurance system and whether it may be a solution for the housing deficit. “Insurers are the world’s leading institutional investors, investing in infrastructure, public works and real estate developments for housing.
